Shipping policy
Each Elweiiiss artwork is a unique piece, printed and framed on demand especially for you by our printing partner, Printful. This process ensures the best quality for every print.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING TIMES
Our process is completed in two steps:
- Fulfillment: Your order enters production at our partner's facility. The time required to print, dry, and frame your artwork is 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping: Once ready, your order is shipped. The estimated shipping times are:
- For France and the European Union: 3 to 5 business days.
- For the Rest of the World: 5 to 15 business days.
The total estimated time is therefore 5 to 10 business days for Europe and can be up to 20 business days for other destinations. These times are estimates and may vary.

Metropolitan France:
Standard shipping is free for all orders. -
International (European Union & Rest of the World):
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the products ordered and your destination country. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout, after you have entered your address.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, customs fees and local taxes may be applied by the destination country's customs services. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
